Murder at the Chicago Night Inn was the final project for the Audio Drama course that was temporarily offered at Texas Tech University during the Spring 2025 semester. As a class we devised this single-episode comedy whodunnit audio drama. Our instructor wrote the script, and the tasks of directing, voice acting, designing, and editing were distributed among the students. I voice acted for two roles and was the sound editor. This was a great opportunity for me to learn to cut, arrange, and modify dialogue, music, and sound effects together into a complete and cohesive story. There was a lot I am proud of for this being my first time with a project like this, and a lot that I now know I am going to do much better at next time. I found this to be incredibly fun and rewarding, and I will be looking for more chances to work on similar projects in the future.
